London's peace is broken

Because of the selfishness of other people

Shards are left floating around

Allowing people to walk around with war in their bellies

Ready and waiting for eruption

What used to be a peaceful place

Has been replaced with chaotic scenes of people invoking violence and pain

Racism, prejudice, stereotypical views, sexism, bigotry, inequality

The list is everlasting

Because of this anger bubbles in the minds of many people

Just waiting to erupt Where has the peace gone?

Peaceful times have passed

And people are left confused

Wondering what went wrong

And not even trying to put it right

Communities have been split

And the gap will continue to grow

Everyone looking out for themselves

And no one else

Things are all changing so fast

That people don’t even realise that possessions

Have replaced acts of peace
